1. If it cannot be used normally, please eliminate the following faults:

– Please check if the power supply is sufficient and replace the battery with a new one

– Check if other Bluetooth channels have been switched, and click the button on the connected channel of the device to reconnect

2. Re-establish Bluetooth connection:

– Long press any Bluetooth channel button for 3 seconds to enter the pairing state, the Bluetooth channel indicator flashes quickly.

– Open the Bluetooth settings on the device, select “BT Keyboard” and connect. If the connection is successful, the Bluetooth channel indicator will go out.
