Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to cancel the contract made online within 14 days of receiving the product.

To retain the right to cancel, the consumer must ensure that the product remains in its original condition. If the product is damaged or destroyed without the customer’s fault, the right to cancel is still valid.
Unpacking the product or checking its functionality may slightly reduce its value, but it does not take away the consumer’s right to request a refund.

Conditions for Product Return

A product will not be accepted for return if any of the following components are missing:

  • Complete set of all original accessories and equipment

  • Purchase receipt from the Storein online store

  • Warranty card

  • Service department report describing the defect (if applicable)

Refunds will be processed within the time frame specified by current law.
