Q1: I don’t have a CD player to read the driver, what should I do?

A1: The driver will install automatically in Windows 7/8/8.1/10/XP, If you plug it on and it looks like a disc drive and does not install it automatically, you can open it in Windows Explorer, run the installer. After that, It will work perfectly.

Q2: If the connection is unstable, what’s wrong?

A2: Pls check signal strength and signal channel, ensure that it is full to get high speed. Or try to reinstall the driver

Q3: What should I do when it seems not working?

A3: If you use on PC, pls make sure connect adapter to the computer back not front. And if on laptop, please make sure uninstall or disabled the built-in wifi and Bluetooth, then install our driver.
